E2000 Fiber Optic Pigtail

E2000 optic pigtail is widely used as its good performance.E2000 optic pigtail features a spring-loaded shutter used to protect the ferrule from dust and E2000ratches. Teleweaver supplies possibly the highest quality E2000 optic pigtail available, which address the highest of specifications encountered in the telecommunications market. These E2000 optic pigtail offer unparalleled insertion loss mating figures, exhibit exceptional repeatability, whilst maintaining the already well established, superior features of the E2000 optic pigtail family.
The E-2000™ Pigtail Series is one of the few fiber optic pigtails featuring a spring-loaded shutter which fully protects the ferrule from dust and scratches. The shutter closes automatically when the pigtail is disengaged, locking out impurities which could later lead to network failure, and locking in potentially harmful laser beams.

The pigtail is easy to install, with a push-pull latching mechanism which clicks when fully inserted. The E-2000™ Standard Pigtail is available for Singlemode and Multimode applications with Physical Contact (PC) end face. Angled Physical Contact (APC) 8° polish is also available. The series is compliant with European (EN 186270) and International (IEC 61754-15) standards.

MTRJ Fiber Optic Pigtail

MTRJ fiber optic pigtail is a duplex fiber optic pigtail with both fibers in a single polymer ferrule. It uses pins for alignment and has male and female versions. Multimode only, field terminated only by prepolished/splice method.MTRJ fiber optic pigtail is a difficult fiber optic pigtail to test, as most test sets do not allow direct adaptation to the pigtail.MTRJ fiber optic pigtail is a type of fiber optic cable that has an endpoint similar to the RJ-45 pigtail endpoint found in Ethernet connections. MTRJ pigtails are designed to snap into the Ethernet port of a computer, modem, or wireless router and provide that computer or network with extremely fast data transfer rates. MTRJ fiber optic pigtail are usually designed for multi-mode optical fibers but can be used for single mode optical fibers as well. MTRJ fiber optic pigtail are approximately 2.45 mm x 4.4 mm in size and are standardized by the International Electrotechnical Commission. We have good experience in MTRJ fiber optic pigtail testing when making MTRJ patch cords or MTRJ pigtails.

The singlemode or multimode MT-RJ products available from Telecomposer are used in two fiber applications and are well suited for high density applications. FC Fiber Optic Pigtail

FC Fiber Optic Pigtail was one of the most popular single-mode pigtails for many years. It also uses a 2.5 mm ferrule, but some of the early ones use ceramic inside stainless steel ferrules. It screws on firmly, but you must make sure you have the key aligned in the slot properly before tightening. It's been mostly replaced by SCs and LCs. However, as a result of this characteristics for easy assemblies and installation, Our FC Fiber Optic Pigtails are every competitive.
The FC/PC pigtail incorporates a Physical Contact (PC) curved polished fiber end face that greatly reduces back-reflection over the regular FC pigtail with flat end-face ferrule.
The Telecomposer FC/PC pigtail is available in both single-mode and multimode versions, and is fully inter-mateable with NTT-FC products. Both single-mode and multimode versions come with a zirconia ceramic ferrule with pre-polished PC profile and convex spherical end. These end-face types allow for faster polishing, and low back reflection and optical loss, while ensuring maximum repeatability.
Telecomposer offers an FC Tunable Pigtail with four-position tuning for applications requiring precise fiber alignment. A specially designed FC PM Pigtail is available for use with Polarization Maintaining Fiber.

LC Fiber Optic Pigtail

LC fiber pigtails are small form factor fiber optic pigtail. The LC fiber pigtails resemble a small LC fiber pigtails. Lucent Technologies first developed the LC pigtail for TelCo environment uses. Hence, LC stands for Lucent Pigtails.LC fiber pigtails have been standardized as FOCIS 10 (Fiber Optic Pigtail Intermateability Standards) in EIA/TIA-604-10. The LC pigtail uses a 1.25 mm ferrule, half the dimension of the ST ferrule or a regular ceramic ferrule pigtail. The LC gives excellent performance and is greatly preferred for single mode transmission.
The Telecomposer LC Unibody is fully compatible with the original LC family of single-mode and multimode pigtails, adapters and associated components, manufactured under a worldwide license from OFS Fitel. The Unibody features a compact, pull-proof design with RJ-45 style interface, and features a one-piece molded housing with internal strength member, for significantly improved 90º side-pull performance under Telcordia GR-326-CORE testing. It is manufactured using a ruggedized material that results in a latch trigger up to four times stronger than average.

The LC Unibody Series includes an optional anti-snag collar that prevents accidental tear and damage in high density networks. The collar comes in either simplex or duplex configurations, and can be used on the same pigtail body, eliminating the need to purchase different housing styles. The series includes a jumper pigtail designed for 2.0mm cordage, and a Behind the Wall (BTW) version for 900µm buffered fiber. The Unibody can be used for single-mode and multimode applications with either a PC or APC end-face. Plastic housing and boot made from UL rated materials are also available. SC Fiber Optic Pigtail

SC Fiber Optic Pigtail is a snap-in pigtail fiber also with a 2.5 mm ferrule that is widely used for it Is excellent performance. It was the pigtail standardized in TIA-568-A, but was not widely used at first because it was twice as expensive as a ST. Now it's only a bit more expensive and much more common It Is a snap-in pigtail that latches with a simple push-pull motion. It is also available in a duplex configuration. SC Fiber Optic Pigtail  is very popular in sc fiber patch cable and sc fiber pigtail making.
The Subscription Channel (SC) Pigtail is known for its locking mechanism which gives an audible click when pushed in or pulled out. This push-pull design prevents rotational misalignment. The SC/PC pigtail incorporates a Physical Contact (PC) curved polished ferrule end face that greatly reduces back-reflection over a ferrule with flat end-face.
The Telecomposer SC/PC pigtail is available in both single-mode and multimode versions, and is fully compatible with NTT-SC hardware. Both single-mode and multimode versions come with a zirconia ceramic ferrule with pre-polished PC profile and convex spherical end. This allows for fast polishing of the fiber and enables the installer to achieve low optical loss. while ensuring maximum repeatability.
The body is precision molded. Housing and boot are made from UL-rated material. Angled Physical Contact (APC) version is also available for ultra-low back-reflection. Telecomposer offers an SC Tunable Pigtail which allows four-position tuning for applications requiring precise fiber alignment.
